• a warm, welcoming, family-friendly country tavern, offering an inviting indoor setting and lovely outdoor deck and lawn area.  The Chook And Filly offers something for everyone, with a casual country charm which welcomes regular customers and newcomers with warm and friendly service
• an ideal venue for small or large family or community get-togethers during our usual trading hours and is also available by arrangement for private functions for up to 80 guests
• a leisurely drive from Napier, Hastings or Havelock North, just one km south of the monument in Maraekakaho.
